We operate our charters out of Bahia de Potrero and Playa Flamingo, Costa Rica. We service Playa Flamingo, Potrero Beach, Playa Conchal, Tamarindo, Playa Grande, Playa Negra, Playa Avellenas, Playas del Coco, The Riu Resort and all the areas in between.
Apart from offering fantastic sailing adventures, we can recommend other things to do in the area. There are many people doing surf lessons, kayak tours, zip lining, horse back riding and other tours. We recommend companies that we have had good experiences in the past with.
Costa Rica is a great place to learn to surf! There are lessons for beginners to advanced surfers.
Surf lessons will include you getting undivided attention to technique and safety and two hours of experienced surf lessons. Lessons include personal instruction, board rentals and transportation to and from the surf. Some areas will have extra transport fee.

SUPing is the a craze here in Costa Rica. Almost anyone can do it and become good at it in very little time.
We can recommend tours and lessons. No experience needed and families welcomed.

Llano de Cortez- A stunning waterfall about 1.5 hours away. If your plans take you in or around Liberia consider Llano de Cortez Waterfalls. You will need a car.
There are many stunning beaches in the area and for different reasons. Here is a list of our favorite:
- Playa Danta- Best beach for a Sunday afternoon with the family, great restaurant & play area for the kids
- Playa Flamingo- Best beach to watch the sunset
- Playa Conchal- Best beach for beach combing
- Playa Piratas- Best quiet and private beach
- Playa Tamarindo- Best busy beach, great for having a cold beer at one of the many restaurants and for people watching
- Playa Grande- Best beach for watching surfers
- Playa Negra- Great Restaurants
- Playa Avellenas- Lazy afternoons and Lollas famous Restaurant for their beach pig.
We can also recommend some waterfalls and great restaurants in the area, just ask for directions.
